Ordered a 3.5g of BADDER but received resin diamonds which I really didn't want to be honest. I've had diamonds before and they're hard to handle and make a mess. None of my emails were ever given a response so I ended up using the diamonds eventually because I had no choice. I figured since I was ghosted by email then getting a refund or swap was just wishful thinking. The product I received was good though. Nothing wrong with the diamonds just....not what I wanted or paid for.
When did you send us an email because the Email on File is definitely not the one used nor did we recieve your complaint on Telegram or any of our other avenues of contact.. We check our emails daily and did not receive any response from you all.
